Clinical analysis of decitabine in the treatment of elderly acute myeloid leukemia
地西他滨治疗老年急性髓系白血病的临床分析

摘要

目的 探析老年急性髓系白血病患者行地西他滨+阿糖胞苷治疗的效果。方法 将本院在2021年3月-2023年3月期间收治的42例老年急性髓系白血病患者为研究对象。以随机数字表法将上述患者分为参考组及实验组，每组21例。其中前者行单药地西他滨治疗，实验组则在上述基础上采取地西他滨+阿糖胞苷治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果 实验组治疗有效率显高于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组复发率低于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 老年急性髓系白血病患者行地西他滨+阿糖胞苷治疗效果确切，能够显著改善患者相关症状，减少疾病复发，此种治疗方法值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the efficacy of decitabine treatment in elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia.
Methods 54 elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects. The above patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 27 cases in each group. The former received conventional CAG treatment, while the experimental group received decitabine treatment on the basis of the above. Compare the therapeutic effects of two groups.
Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Dexmedetomidine is effective in treating elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia, significantly improving related symptoms and reducing disease recurrence. This treatment method is worth promoting.
