口腔住院医师规范化培训是培养一个合格的口腔专科医师必经的阶段。全国各地教学医院和各级规范化培训基地均进行了深入的教学探索,并积累了许多教学经验。在众多教学方法中,视频反馈教学法是目前住院医师规范化培训中较好的教学方法之一,但是在口腔专业的住院医师规范化培训中应用较少。口腔医学,是一门临床实践性很强的医学,需要学生能够尽快地提高动手能力、医患沟通能力等临床必备技能。本研究对该教学方法在医学不同专业领域进行探索,以期找到其与口腔专业教学的切入点,在短暂的规范化培训阶段获得更好的教学效果,快速全面提升口腔住院医师的自主学习能力、临床操作能力和医患沟通能力。
Standardized training of oral residents is a necessary stage to train a qualified dental specialist. Teaching hospitals and standardized training bases at all levels across the country have conducted in-depth teaching exploration and accumulated a lot of teaching experience. Among many teaching methods, video feedback teaching method is one of the better teaching methods in the standardized training of residents, but it is less used in the standardized training of oral residents. Stomatology is a strong clinical practice medicine, which requires students to improve their hands-on ability, doctor-patient communication ability and other necessary clinical skills as soon as possible. This study explores the teaching method in different professional fields of medicine, in order to find the entry point for the teaching of oral medicine, obtain better teaching effect in the short time standardized training stage, and quickly and comprehensively improve the independent learning ability, clinical operation ability and doctor-patient communication ability of oral residents.
