目的 通过对比乳腺影像报告及数据系统(Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System,BI-RADS)4类乳腺肿块诊断中超声引导下细针穿刺(Ultrasound-guide Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy ,US-FNAB)与X线钼靶和术后病理结果,探索US-FNAB对此类疾病的诊断效能。方法 对2019年11月至2021年11月菏泽市牡丹人民医院接诊的80例疑似BI-RADS4类乳腺肿块患者,将术后病理作为本次研究诊断的金标准,对比X线钼靶、US-FNAB诊断准确率、特异度、灵敏度。结果 US-FNAB诊断准确率为95.00%,显著高于X线钼靶准确率(82.50%),c2=32.244,P=0.007。US-FNAB灵敏度为91.84%,也高于X线钼靶83.67%,c2=21.973,P=0.032。两者特异度比较,US-FNAB为100%,X线钼靶为80.65%,差异显著,c2=37.441,P<0.001。结论 BI-RADS4类乳腺肿块患者采取US-FNAB诊断,准确率、灵敏度、特异度较高。
Objective This study evaluates the diagnostic efficacy of Ultrasound-guided Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy (US-FNAB) compared to X-ray mammography and postoperative pathology in diagnosing BI-RADS category 4 breast lesions. Methods From November 2019 to November 2021, 80 patients with suspected BI-RADS category 4 breast lesions were examined at Heze Peony People's Hospital. Postoperative pathology was used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic accuracy, specificity, and sensitivity of X-ray mammography and US-FNAB. Results US-FNAB achieved a diagnostic accuracy of 95.00%, significantly higher than X-ray mammography at 82.50% (χ2=32.244, P=0.007). The sensitivity of US-FNAB was 91.84%, also surpassing X-ray mammography's 83.67% (χ2=21.973, P=0.032). In terms of specificity, US-FNAB reached 100%, notably higher than X-ray mammography at 80.65% (χ2=37.441, P<0.001). Conclusion US-FNAB demonstrates higher accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity in diagnosing patients with BI-RADS category 4 breast lesions.
