Clinical effect of laparoscopic common bile duct incision and T-tube drainage and laparoscopic liver resection in the treatment of patients with hepatobiliary stones
腹腔镜胆总管切开取石T管引流术与腹腔镜肝切除术治疗肝胆管结石患者的临床效果

摘要

目的 此文中重点分析肝胆管结石患者行腹腔镜胆总管切开取石T管引流术与腹腔镜肝切除术治疗的临床效果。方法 抽取2022年1月-2024年1月我院肝胆管结石患者100例作为研究对象，鉴于临床采用治疗方式不同，故将患者进行分组，其中50例接受腹腔镜胆总管切开取石T管引流术者拟于参照组，另外50例接受腹腔镜肝切除术者拟于研究组，对比两组治疗效果。结果 手术相关指标各项数据对比，研究组低于参照组（P＜0.05）；并发症发生率对比，研究组低于参照组（P＜0.05）；患者生化指标对比，研究组低于参照组（P＜0.05）；患者生活质量评分对比，研究组高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 腹腔镜胆总管切开取石T管引流术及腹腔镜肝切除术在肝胆管结石患者中的治疗均存在一定效果，相比之下，腹腔镜肝切除术治疗更具优势。

Abstract

Objective This paper focuses on the clinical effect of laparoscopic common bile duct incision and T-tube drainage and laparoscopic liver resection in the treatment of patients with hepatobiliary stones.
Methods A total of 100 patients with hepatobiliary stones in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects. In view of the different clinical treatment methods, the patients were divided into groups, 50 of whom received laparoscopic common bile duct incision and T-tube drainage in the reference group, and the other 50 patients who received laparoscopic liver resection in the study group, and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The data of surgical related indicators were compared, and the study group was lower than the reference group (P < 0.05); the incidence of complications was compared, and the study group was lower than the reference group (P < 0.05); the biochemical indicators of patients were compared, and the study group was lower than the reference group (P < 0.05); the quality of life score of patients was compared, and the study group was higher than the reference group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Laparoscopic common bile duct incision and T-tube drainage and laparoscopic liver resection are both effective in the treatment of patients with hepatobiliary stones. In comparison, laparoscopic liver resection has more advantages.
