Analysis of the efficacy of microballoon compression in perioperative patients with trigeminal neuralgia
协同护理模式对微球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经痛围手术期患者的疗效分析

摘要

目的 三叉神经痛是最常见的脑神经疾病，表现为颜面部的电击样、刀割样剧烈疼痛，微球囊压迫术能有效治疗该疾病，而围手术期的护理工作对于提高治疗效果、减少复发率同样至关重要，因此本文探析协同护理模式对微球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经痛围手术期患者的疗效。方法 择取在我院接受微球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经痛患者作为研究对象，对比分析应用常规护理和协同护理模式的两组患者临床应用效果。结果 观察组护理效果、疼痛评分、心理状态和健康知识掌握率均优于对照组，P＜0.05说明存在对比意义。结论 协同护理模式对微球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经痛围手术期患者的疗效有着显著的积极影响，通过多方参与、共同协作，不仅能提高治疗有效率，还能改善患者的疼痛和心理状态，进而加快患者康复进程，是一种切实可行的护理手段，在临床中具有较大的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective trigeminal neuralgia is the most common brain nerve disease, as facial electric shock, knife cut severe pain, micro balloon compression can effectively treat the disease, and the perioperative nursing work to improve the treatment effect, reduce the recurrence rate is also crucial, so this paper analysis collaborative nursing mode of micro balloon compression treatment trigeminal neuralgia perioperative patients.
Methods We selected patients with trigeminal neuralgia in our hospital, and analyzed the clinical effects of routine nursing and synergistic nursing mode.
Results The nursing effect, pain score, psychological status and health knowledge mastery rate of the observation group were better than the control group, and P <0.05 indicated a comparative significance.
Conclusion   collaborative nursing mode of micro balloon compression treatment of trigeminal neuralgia perioperative patients with the curative effect has significant positive effect, through various participation, collaboration, can not only improve the treatment efficiency, also can improve the patients with pain and psychological state, and speed up the process of rehabilitation, is a kind of practical nursing means, has great application value in clinical.
