Investigating the value of systemized nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid recovery for patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy
探讨快速康复理念的系统化护理对腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术患者干预的价值

摘要

目的 分析在接受腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术患者中应用快速康复理念的系统化护理的价值。方法 将2022年1月-2023年12月内于本院就诊的符合腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术的阑尾炎患者80例以随机法分40例对照组常规护理，40例观察组实施快速康复理念的系统化护理。以术后胃肠功能恢复情况、术后康复效果指标、术后并发症情况对比护理影响效力。结果 护理后，观察组胃肠功能恢复情况优于对照组、术后康复效果指标优于对照组、术后并发症情况低于对照组，各项指标对比差异均有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 对腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术患者应用快速康复理念的系统化护理可加速患者胃肠功能恢复和术后康复进程，同时降低并发症概率，减少患者继发损伤，促进患者尽早转归和恢复正常生活。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of systematic nursing with the concept of rapid rehabilitation in patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy.
Methods a total of 80 patients with appendicitis, who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy from January 2022 to December 2022, were randomly divided into two groups: control group (N = 40) and 2023 group (N = 40) , 40 cases in the Observation Group were given systematic nursing with the concept of rapid rehabilitation. The effect of nursing was compared with the recovery of gastrointestinal function, the index of postoperative rehabilitation effect and postoperative complications.
Results after nursing, the recovery of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the index of postoperative rehabilitation was better than that in the control group, and the postoperative complications were lower than that in the control group, there were significant differences in each index (p < 0.05) .
Conclusion   the systematic nursing with the concept of rapid rehabilitation for patients with laparoscopic appendectomy can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function and the process of postoperative rehabilitation, and reduce the probability of complications and secondary injuries, promote the patients to return to normal life as soon as possible.
