Observation of the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative nursing of lung cancer radical surgery
快速康复外科理念在肺癌根治术围手术期护理中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 明确肺癌根治术围手术期护理中施以快速康复外科理念的效果。方法 研究纳入2023.02-2024.02中综合临床各项检查结果满足肺癌诊断标准的99例患者，以随机数字表法安排为两组，对照组与观察组分别47、52例患者，对照组行常规围术期护理干预，观察组行快速康复外科理念护理干预，对不同干预效果进行比较分析。结果 对照组各临床指标数据值更高，表示观察组护理后临床指标更为稳定（P<0.05）。对照组各生活质量数据值更低，表示观察组生活质量状态更为良好（P<0.05）。结论 于肺癌根治术围手术期中施以快速康复外科理念，可促进术后恢复，有利于改善生活质量状态。

Abstract

Objective To clarify the effect of applying the concept of rapid recovery surgery in perioperative nursing for lung cancer radical surgery.
Methods A total of 99 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for lung cancer based on comprehensive clinical examination results from February 2023 to February 2024 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 47 patients in the control group and 52 patients in the observation group. The control group received routine perioperative nursing interventions, while the observation group received fast recovery surgical concept nursing interventions. The effects of different interventions were compared and analyzed.
Results showed that the control group had higher values for various clinical indicators, indicating that the observation group had more stable clinical indicators after nursing (P<0.05). The lower values of various quality of life data in the control group indicate a better quality of life status in the observation group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Applying the concept of rapid recovery surgery during the perioperative period of lung cancer radical surgery can promote postoperative recovery and improve the quality of life.
