A review of the practical path of hospital party building in leading cultural construction points out that party building plays a core leading role in hospital cultural construction. Through the progressiveness and scientific nature of party building, it provides direction guidance and power source for hospital cultural construction. On the practical path, hospitals focus on the synchronous construction of internal and external environments, strengthen the ability to form party branches, enhance the quality of party building connotation, and integrate diverse cultures to create a strong party building cultural atmosphere. In addition, the hospital takes "people-oriented" as the starting point, pays attention to the growth of medical staff, uses the party building work platform for ideological guidance, and comprehensively promotes cultural construction from individual, group to public levels. These practical paths not only enhance the cultural literacy and party consciousness of medical staff, but also promote the prosperous development of hospital culture, providing solid political and spiritual support for the high-quality development of hospitals.
