Clinical clinical effect of tumor treatment in traditional Chinese medicine
中医治疗肿瘤方法初探之扶正散法临床疗效

摘要

目的 本文旨在分析中医扶正散法治疗肿瘤的方法及临床疗效。方法 本次研究取2023年1月-2024年1月我院肿瘤患者30例作为研究对象，根据临床治疗方式的区别将患者分两组，常规西医治疗者共15例拟为参照组，在常规治疗基础上配合中医治疗者（扶正散）15例拟为研究组，观察两组临床疗效，统计两组治疗有效率、不良反应、肿瘤标志物水平、生活质量评分。结果 本次研究显示，治疗有效率研究组高于参照组（P＜0.05）；患者不良反应情况，可见研究组低于参照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者CEA、CA19-9、CA724、AFP、TSGF各项肿瘤标志物水平治疗后研究组低于参照组（P＜0.05）；患者社会功能、躯体功能、生理功能、心理功能各项生活质量评分数据研究组高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 经过对比分析，中医扶正散的应用，可全面提升肿瘤患者的临床疗效，降低不良反应出现，并且降低肿瘤标志物水平，促使患者生活质量提升，并获得患者满意，临床效果理想，具备推广价值。

Abstract

Objective This paper aims to analyze the treatment methods and clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.
Methods This study in January 2023-January 2024 our hospital 30 tumor patients as a research object, according to the difference between clinical treatment of patients are divided into two groups, conventional western medicine treatment a total of 15 cases to reference group, on the basis of conventional treatment with Chinese medicine treatment (scattered) 15 cases to study group, observe two groups of clinical curative effect, statistical two groups of treatment efficiency, adverse reactions, tumor marker level, quality of life score.
Results This study showed that the study group was higher than the reference group (P <0.05); the patients had adverse effects, so the study group was lower than the reference group (P <0.05); the study group of CEA, CA19-9, CA724, AFP, TSGF after treatment was lower than the reference group (P <0.05); the study group of social function, physical function, physiological function and psychological function were higher than the reference group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   After comparative analysis, the application of traditional Chinese medicine can comprehensively improve the clinical efficacy of cancer patients, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, reduce the level of tumor markers, promote the quality of life of patients, and obtain the satisfaction of patients, and the clinical effect is ideal, has the promotion value.
