Study on the effect of clinical treatment and complication of gestational hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus
妊娠合并糖尿病并发妊娠高血压的临床治疗效果及并发症的影响研究

摘要

目的 对妊娠合并糖尿病并发高血压的治疗效果进行评价，明确对患者并发症的影响。方法 选择本中心在2023年1月份至2023年12月份收治的80例患者进行研究，研究为期一年，将患者分成两组，对照组与实验组，每组患者的数量为40例，对照组：常规治疗，实验组：针对性治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果以及并发症发生率。结果 实验组患者的治疗效果高于对照组，且并发症的发生率低于对照组，组间数据统计，差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论 为妊娠合并糖尿病并发妊娠高血压的患者提供针对性的治疗可以提高治疗的效果，减少并发症的产生，满足患者的治疗需求，值得推广、建议提倡。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of pregnancy complicated with diabetes and hypertension, and clarify the impact on the complications of patients.
Methods 80 patients admitted to our center from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected for the study, which lasted for one year. The patients were divided into two groups: a control group and an experimental group, with a total of 40 patients in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, while the experimental group received targeted treatment. The treatment efficacy and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients.
Results The treatment effect of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group. The statistical difference between the groups was statistically significant, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Providing targeted treatment for patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes and pregnancy induced hypertension can improve the treatment effect, reduce the occurrence of complications, and meet the treatment needs of patients, which is worth promoting and recommending.
