摘要

目的 深入挖掘中医药文化的丰富内涵和时代价值，推进数字时代中医养生文化创新发展，为建设健康中国做出更大贡献。方法 在梳理中医导引的历史源流和现状、不足基础上，探讨数字化赋能中医导引的发展路径。结果 导引在不同时期呈现出不同的特点和功能，当前进入了一个发展崭新阶段，而数字化信息化建设则较为滞后和分散。结论 加快建设中医导引数据库和数字博物馆，强化服务供给；搭建中医导引数字化教育平台，推进教学发展和国际传播；融合新兴数字技术，推动中医导引创新发展。

Abstract

Objective To deeply explore the rich connotation and contemporary value of traditional Chinese medicine culture, promote the innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine health culture in the digital era, and make greater contributions to building a healthy China.
Methods Based on the historical origin, current situation and shortcomings of traditional Chinese medicine guidance, the development path of digital empowerment of traditional Chinese medicine guidance was explored.
Results Guidance presents different characteristics and functions in different periods. It has entered a new stage of development, while the construction of digital informationization is relatively lagging and scattered.
Conclusion   Accelerate the construction of traditional Chinese medicine guidance database and digital museum to strengthen service supply; build a digital education platform for traditional Chinese medicine guidance to promote teaching development and international communication; integrate emerging digital technologies to promote the innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine guidance.
