Effect of nursing intervention mode on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with perioperative spinal fracture complicated with spinal cord injury
护理干预模式对围手术期脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者负性情绪及生活质量的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析对围手术期脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者实施护理干预模式对其负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法 抽取2022年12月-2023年12月期间在我院接受手术治疗的脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤的患者70例，以随机信封法分组，接受围手术期常规护理的35例患者为对照组，接受围手术期护理干预模式的35例患者为观察组，对比负性情绪[抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）]评分及生活质量[生命质量测定量表（QLQ-C30）评价]评分。结果 （1）护理后，观察组SDS及SAS评分显著下降，且低于对照组（P＜0.05）；（2）护理后，观察组QLQ-C30量表中各维度评分均比对照组高（P＜0.05）。结论 对脊柱骨折伴有脊髓损伤的患者实施护理服务，当关注患者需求和个体差异，在围术期护理中稳定患者情绪，提升患者生活质量，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention in patients with spinal cord fractures on their negative mood and quality of life.
Methods 70 patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury treated by surgery in our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023,35 patients receiving perioperative care were selected as the control group, 35 patients who received perioperative care intervention were the observation group, comparing the negative mood [self-rating scale of depression (SDS), self-rating scale of anxiety (SAS)] score and quality of life [quality of life determination scale (QLQ-C30)].
Results (1) after the nursing, the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group decreased significantly and were lower than that of the control group (P <0.05); (2) after the nursing, the scores of all dimension in the QLQ-C30 scale of the observation group were higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of nursing services for patients with spinal fractures and spinal cord injury, when paying attention to patients 'needs and individual differences, the stabilization of patients' mood and the improvement of patients' quality of life in perioperative nursing, is worth promoting.
