Analysis of patient care for interventional treatment of severe coronary calcification by endovascular ultrasound
血管内超声对冠脉重度钙化病变介入治疗的患者护理分析

摘要

目的 分析血管内超声对冠脉重度钙化病变介入治疗患者护理。方法 纳入本次研究人员的数量为80例，时间范围为2023年3月份至2024年3月份，依据患者入院治疗时间的先后顺序分成了对照组和实验组，每组患者的数量为40例，对照组患者常规护理，实验组患者综合护理干预，分析两患者不良反应发生率，评估其心理状态以及手术指标。结果 两组患者通过不同的干预措施后，实验组患者手术指标优于对照组，p<0.05，分析两组患者的心理状态，实验组患者的心理状态更为平稳，分析两组患者并发症发生率，实验组患者出现并发症的机率更低，p<0.05。结论 血管内超声患者行冠脉重度钙化介入治疗的患者提供综合性护理干预，可以降低患者出现并发症的机率，改善患者的心理状态，降低其出现并发症的风险，值得提倡。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the nursing of patients with severe coronary calcification lesions treated with intravascular ultrasound.
Methods A total of 80 patients were included in this study, ranging from March 2023 to March 2024. They were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the order of admission time. There were 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The incidence of adverse reactions of the two patients was analyzed, and their psychological state and surgical indicators were evaluated.
Results After different intervention measures, the surgical indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, p<0.05. The psychological state of the two groups of patients was more stable. The incidence of complications of the two groups of patients was analyzed. The probability of complications in the experimental group was lower, p<0.05.
Conclusion   Providing comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with severe coronary calcification treated with intravascular ultrasound can reduce the probability of complications, improve the psychological state of patients, and reduce the risk of complications, which is worth promoting.
