Clinical efficacy observation of nutritional support assisted treatment for severe pulmonary tuberculosis
营养支持辅助治疗重症肺结核的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的 分析讨论营养支持辅助治疗重症肺结核的临床疗效。方法 选择我院2022.06-2024.06所接收的56例重症肺结核患者为研究对象，平均分为观察组（营养支持辅助治疗）与对照组（常规治疗），比较两组自护能力和营养状况及肺功能。结果 治疗后观察组自护能力评定高于对照组，营养状况优于对照组，肺功能高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对重症肺结核患者采用营养支持辅助治疗可有效改善其营养状况，值得临床推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective Analyze and discuss the clinical efficacy of nutritional support assisted treatment for severe pulmonary tuberculosis.
Methods 56 patients with severe pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and were evenly divided into an observation group (nutritional support assisted treatment) and a control group (conventional treatment). The self-care ability, nutritional status, and lung function of the two groups were compared.
Results After treatment, the self-care ability assessment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the nutritional status was better than that of the control group, and the lung function was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Nutritional support assisted treatment for severe pulmonary tuberculosis patients can effectively improve their nutritional status and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
