The theme of this research paper is Yue Opera, and the research direction is the relationship between Yue Opera, intangible cultural heritage, Chinese cultural policy and art management. As one of the first representative works of China's intangible cultural heritage, Yue Opera has continuously launched relevant cultural policies to clarify the status of intangible cultural heritage and provide national financial support to protect these intangible cultural heritages. Even so, as an intangible cultural heritage, Yue Opera did not attract enough audiences. The paper finds that as an intangible cultural heritage, Yue Opera has defined its status in China's cultural policy and has the opportunity to get more attention in front of the public. Making a plan in combination with the audience development of art management can help Yue Opera fix the original audience and attract new audiences. And develop the regional tourism economy centered on Yue Opera, combine the unique history and culture of Shaoxing, and integrate the traditional cuisine, so as to closely combine the local tourism.
