Study on the treatment of Jiuwei Huangqi capsule in nephrotic syndrome
九味黄芪胶囊在肾病综合征中的治疗研究

摘要

目的 探讨九味黄芪胶囊在肾病综合征治疗中的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年5月至2024年5月期间收治的60例肾病综合征患者作为研究对象，采用对比法将患者随机分为两组，每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗，包括低盐优质低蛋白饮食、降尿蛋白药物、激素治疗等；治疗组在对照组的基础上加用九味黄芪胶囊治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、肾功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗组总有效率为83.33%，显著高于对照组的60.00%（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组血清白蛋白水平、尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮等肾功能指标均显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生率无显著性差异（P>0.05）。结论 九味黄芪胶囊联合常规治疗肾病综合征具有较好的临床疗效，能够显著改善患者的肾功能指标，值得临床推广使用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jiuwei Huangqi capsule in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome.
Methods A total of 60 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects, and the patients were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group by comparison method. The control group was given conventional treatment, including low-salt and high-quality low-protein diet, drugs to reduce urinary protein, hormone therapy, etc. The treatment group was treated with Jiuwei Huangqi capsule on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, renal function indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed in two groups.
Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (60.00%, P<0.05). After treatment, serum albumin level, urinary protein quantity, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and other renal function indexes in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).
Conclusion   Jiuwei Huangqi capsule combined with conventional treatment of nephrotic syndrome has a good clinical effect, can significantly improve the renal function index of patients, worthy of clinical promotion and use.
