基于“五运六气”探讨腹泻型肠易激综合征的病机与辩治

摘要

腹泻型肠易激综合征（IBS-D）是一种常见多发病，目前对其治疗多以对症处理为主，疗效不尽理想。中医学在长期临床实践中积累了丰富的经验，特别是“五运六气”理论为探讨IBS-D的病机与治疗提供了新思路。本文通过对五运六气的理论进行系统性阐述，结合IBS-D的临床特点及表现，探讨其病因病机及辩证论治的方法。

关键词： 五运六气；腹泻型肠易激综合征；中医病机；辩证论治

Abstract

Irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D) is a common and prevalent disease, and the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are not fully understood in modern medicine. Treatment is mostly symptomatic, with unsatisfactory efficacy. Traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated rich experience in clinical practice over a long period of time, especially the Theory of Five Phases and Six Qi Movements, which provides a new perspective for exploring the pathogenesis and treatment of IBS-D. This paper systematically expounds the theory of Five Phases and Six Qi Movements and combines the clinical features and main symptoms of IBS-D to explore its pathogenesis and methods of differentiation and treatment.
