Application of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention in patients with depression
抑郁症患者接受综合性心理护理干预后患者的应用

摘要

目的 研究对抑郁症患者接受综合性心理护理干预后患者的应用相关的临床效果。方法 本次综合性心理护理研究以2022年6月～2023年6月期间我院收治抑郁症患者作为本次研究对象，共计100例，采用多阶段抽样法进行分组，分为综合组和参照组，其中参照组抑郁症患者50例，采用常规疗法，试验组抑郁症患者50例，在参照组采取常规抑郁护理疗法上，开展综合性心理护理。对比综合组和参照组的生活质量情况的各个方面，以及综合组和参照组的护理后患者满意程度。结果 综合组生活质量各个层面评分相比于参照组均更为优秀（P＜0.05），并且综合组抑郁症患者满意度相比于参照组均满意率更高（P＜0.05）。结论 经过综合性心理护理干预后，患者的抑郁情绪得到有效调节，其生活质量明显提升。

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on patients with depression.
Methods A total of 100 patients with depression admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects in this comprehensive psychological nursing study. They were divided into comprehensive group and reference group by multi-stage sampling method, among which 50 patients with depression in the reference group were treated with conventional therapy and 50 patients with depression in the experimental group. In the reference group, comprehensive psychological nursing was carried out in addition to conventional nursing therapy for depression. All aspects of quality of life and post-care satisfaction were compared between the control group and the control group.
Results Compared with the reference group, all aspects of quality of life in the comprehensive group were better (P < 0.05), and the satisfaction rate of depression patients in the comprehensive group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   After comprehensive psychological nursing intervention, patients' depression mood can be effectively regulated and their quality of life can be significantly improved.
