Effect analysis of cluster nursing measures in early fluid resuscitation of patients with acute pancreatitis
集束化护理措施在急性胰腺炎患者早期液体复苏中的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析集束化护理措施在急性胰腺炎患者早期液体复苏中的效果。方法 选取28例SAP患者的临床资料进行研究，均实施早期液体复苏+常规液体治疗，根据随机数字表法进行分组，对照组行常规护理，研究组行集束化护理，评价其护理价值。结果 治疗后，观察组住院时间低于对照组；满意度则是对照组低于观察组，差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论 SAP患者行相同早期液体复苏治疗，并实施集束化护理后的效果显著，不但能够有效减少住院时间，还能提升住院满意度，效果良好。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of cluster nursing measures in early fluid resuscitation in patients with acute pancreatitis.
Methods Clinical data of 28 patients with SAP were selected for study, all of whom received early fluid resuscitation + conventional fluid therapy. They were divided into groups according to random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group received cluster nursing, and the nursing value was evaluated.
Results After treatment, the hospitalization time of observation group was lower than that of control group. The satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   SAP patients receiving the same early fluid resuscitation treatment and implementing cluster nursing have a remarkable effect, which can not only effectively reduce the length of hospitalization, but also improve the satisfaction of hospitalization.
