Effect of low-dose aspirin combined with antihypertensive treatment of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy on coagulation indexes in patients
低剂量阿司匹林联合降压治疗妊娠期高血压疾病对患者凝血指标的影响

摘要

目的 分析低剂量阿司匹林联合降压治疗对妊娠期高血压疾病患者凝血指标的影响。方法 参与本次研究孕妇的数量为80例，研究的起始时间为2023年7月份，截止时间为2024年7月份，研究为期一年，将其分成两组，对照组与实验组，每组孕妇的数量为40例，对照组患者提供常规治疗，实验组的在对照组基础上提供低剂量阿司匹林，分析血压、及凝血功能指标，评估两组产妇结果以及新生儿结局。结果 治疗后，实验组患者的血压水平明显得到改善，p<0.05，评估凝血功能指标，治疗后，实验组患者的凝血功能显佳，p<0.05，评估产妇的结局以及新生儿结局，实验组显优，P<0.05。结论 对妊娠高血压患者提供低剂量阿司匹林联合降压治疗，可以改善患者的凝血指标，稳定患者的血压水平，促进其恢复，值得提倡。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of low-dose aspirin combined with antihypertensive therapy on coagulation index of hypertensive disease patients during pregnancy. How: The number of pregnant women participating in this study is 80 cases. The study starts from July 2023 and ends in July 2024 for one year. The study is divided into two groups, control group and experimental group, with 40 pregnant women in each group. The patients in the control group are provided with conventional treatment, while those in the experimental group are provided with low-dose aspirin based on the control group. Blood pressure and coagulation function were analyzed, and maternal outcomes and neonatal outcomes were evaluated in both groups.
Results: After treatment, the blood pressure level of the experimental group was significantly improved, p<0.05, and the coagulation function index was evaluated. After treatment, the coagulation function of the experimental group was significantly improved, p<0.05, and the maternal outcome and newborn outcome were evaluated, and the experimental group was significantly improved, P<0.05.
Conclusion  : Providing low dose aspirin combined with antihypertensive therapy for pregnant hypertensive patients can improve the coagulation index of patients, stabilize the blood pressure level of patients, and promote their recovery, which is worth advocating.
