Application value of serum sFlt-1 level in predicting pregnancy outcome of preeclampsia
血清sFlt-1水平预测子痫前期孕妇妊娠结局中的应用价值

摘要

目的 浅析血清sFlt-1水平预测子痫前期孕妇妊娠结局的应用价值。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年12月产检的孕妇788例，均测定血清sFlt-1,PIGF,维生素D水平，根据结果综合评估分为预测子痫低风险组、预测子痫中风险组、预测子痫高风险组，并持续监测血压至分娩。结果 预测子痫低风险组孕妇sFlt-1、sFlt-1/PIGF，均大于预测子痫中风险因素组孕妇和预测子痫前期高风险因素组孕妇。平均动脉压、sFlt-1、PIGF、sFlt-1/PIGF以及联合检测指标的AUC分别为0.548、0.56、0.588、0.601、0.601（P＜0.05）。sFlt-1值与预测子痫前期中高风险呈正相关性（r=0.205，P＜0.05）。结论 针对子痫前期孕妇进行血清sFlt-1水平预测，有助于改善妊娠结局值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of serum sFlt-1 level in predicting pregnancy outcome of preeclampsia.
Methods A total of 788 pregnant women were selected from January 2022 to December 2023, and their serum levels of sFlt-1,PIGF and vitamin D were measured. According to the results, they were divided into low risk group for predicting eclampsia, middle risk group for predicting eclampsia and high risk group for predicting eclampsia, and blood pressure was continuously monitored until delivery.
Results sFlt-1 and sFlt-1/PIGF in women with predicted low risk of eclampsia were higher than those in women with predicted risk factors in eclampsia and those with predicted high risk factors in preeclampsia. The mean arterial pressure, sFlt-1, PIGF, sFlt-1/PIGF and AUC of the combined detection indexes were 0.548, 0.56, 0.588, 0.601 and 0.601, respectively (P < 0.05). sFlt-1 was positively correlated with the predicted high risk of preeclampsia (r=0.205, P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The prediction of serum sFlt-1 level in preeclampsia pregnant women is helpful to improve the pregnancy outcome and is worthy of popularization and application.
