新生儿护理干预对预防新生儿皮肤抓伤和管道脱落的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析新生儿护理干预对预防新生儿皮肤抓伤和管道脱落的效果。方法 将我院于2023年7月-2024年7月接收的76例新生儿为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各38例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用综合护理，对比两组皮肤破损发生情况、管道脱落发生情况、家属满意度。结果 观察组皮肤破损发生情况显著低于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）；观察组管道脱落发生情况显著高于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）；观察组家属满意度显著高于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。结论 新生儿护理干预对新生儿效果显著，可有效减少新生儿皮肤抓伤和管道脱落的发生风险，从而促进家属满意度的提升。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of neonatal nursing intervention on preventing neonatal skin scratches and tube detachment.
Methods 76 newborns received in our hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received comprehensive care. The incidence of skin damage, tube detachment, and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence of skin damage in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05); The incidence of pipeline detachment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05); The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the comparison between groups was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Neonatal nursing intervention has a significant effect on newborns, effectively reducing the risk of skin scratches and tube detachment, thereby promoting the improvement of family satisfaction.
