Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on intraperitoneal thermoperfusion chemotherapy after cell reduction in patients with ovarian cancer
综合护理干预对卵巢癌患者细胞减灭术后腹腔热灌注化疗的影响

摘要

目的 观察分析对接受细胞减灭术后腹腔热灌注化疗的卵巢癌患者实施综合护理干预的临床效果和应用价值。方法 采用回顾性研究方法，选择院内就诊的60例卵巢癌患者（样本纳入例数：60例；样本纳入时间：2022年7月至2023年12月，所有患者接受细胞减灭术后腹腔热灌注化疗），以随机摸球为基础分组方式，分为对照、实验两个小组，观察例数高度一致。分别实施常规护理，综合护理干预。收集分析护理效果。结果 与对照组（常规护理）相比，实验组（综合护理干预）不良反应发生率更低，免疫功能指标（CD3+、CD4 +、CD4+/CD8+）更高，生活质量评分（角色功能/情绪功能/认知功能/社会功能/躯体功能）更高，（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理干预可以有效促进卵巢癌患者预后改善，促进功能恢复，改善生活质量，降低不良反应发生风险，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with ovarian cancer who received intra-abdominal thermoperfusion chemotherapy after cell reduction.
Methods A retrospective study was conducted to select 60 patients with ovarian cancer (sample included: 60 cases; Sample inclusion time: From July 2022 to December 2023, all patients received intraperitoneal thermoperfusion chemotherapy after cell reduction), and were divided into control and experimental groups based on random ball-touch, with a highly consistent number of observed cases. Routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention were implemented respectively. The nursing effect was collected and analyzed.
Results Compared with the control group (conventional care), the experimental group (comprehensive nursing intervention) had a lower incidence of adverse reactions, higher immune function indicators (CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+), and higher quality of life scores (role function/emotional function/cognitive function/social function/physical function) (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the prognosis of ovarian cancer patients, promote functional recovery, improve quality of life, reduce the risk of adverse reactions, and have high application value.
