摘要

目的 探析诱导期血液患者中采用针对性护理教学对提高临床教学质量的影响作用。方法 选择我院血液透析科2023.2-2024.2,一年间接收的90名实习护生作为此次研究的目标对象。将实习护生按照带教方法的不同随机分为对照组(45例,进行常规教学)和研究组(45例,实施针对性护理教学)。对两组实习护生在教学完成后的效果进行收集和分析。结果 两组在血液透析科接受教学之后,均取得了一定成果,研究组实习护生的考核成绩高于对照组,教学满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学上的显著性(P<0.05)。结论 在对血液透析科的实习护生实施教学时,针对性护理教学对提高临床教学质量效果显著,可以有效提高实习护生学习效果,提升教学满意度,有较高的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of targeted nursing education on improving the quality of clinical teaching in patients with induced hematological disorders. Method 90 nursing interns admitted to our hemodialysis department from March 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the target subjects for this study. Internship nursing students were randomly divided into a control group (45 cases, receiving routine teaching) and a research group (45 cases, receiving targeted nursing teaching) according to different teaching methods. Collect and analyze the effects of two groups of intern nursing students after teaching completion. Result After receiving teaching in the hemodialysis department, both groups achieved certain results. The assessment scores of the nursing interns in the research group were higher than those in the control group, and the teaching satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Targeted nursing teaching has a significant effect on improving the quality of clinical teaching when implementing teaching for intern nursing students in the hemodialysis department. It can effectively improve the learning effect of intern nursing students, enhance teaching satisfaction, and has high application value.
