Application of individualized psychological nursing model for lung cancer patients undergoing surgery
肺癌手术患者行个性化心理护理模式的应用

摘要

目的 浅析肺癌手术患者采用个性化心理护理模式的效果。方法 选取2023年1月～2024年1月收治的肺癌手术患者100例，对照组采用基础护理；观察组采用个性化心理护理模式，对比临床疗效。结果 观察组患者肺功能指标改善效果优于对照组，对比差异显著，P＜0.05；此外，在心理弹性水平对比中，观察组患者的评分效果高于对照组，对比差异显著，P＜0.05；最后，观察组希望水平各个维度评分效果高于对照组，对比差异显著，P＜0.05。结论 针对肺癌手术患者实施个性化心理护理模式的效果显著，有助于改善患者的肺功能指标，并有助于患者转变心态，积极地面对治疗，保持一定的自我效能水平，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of personalized psychological nursing model for patients undergoing lung cancer surgery.
Methods 100 patients with lung cancer undergoing surgery from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected, and the control group received basic nursing care. The observation group was treated with individualized psychological nursing mode, and the clinical effect was compared.
Results The improvement of lung function indexes in observation group was better than that in control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). In addition, in the comparison of mental resilience level, the score effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05); Finally, the observation group hoped that the score effect of each dimension of the level was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The effect of personalized psychological nursing model for patients with lung cancer surgery is significant, which is helpful to improve the lung function index of patients, and help patients change their mentality, actively face the treatment, and maintain a certain level of self-efficacy, which is worthy of popularization and application.
