Analysis of the role of "Internet plus" chronic disease management in the drug treatment of type 2 diabetes patients
"互联网+"慢性病管理在2型糖尿病患者药物治疗中的作用分析

摘要

目的 分析"互联网+"慢性病管理在2型糖尿病患者药物治疗中的作用。方法 选择我院慢病管理门诊于2023年1月-2023年12月内收治的2型糖尿病患者100例，将其随机分为对照组（50例，采取常规慢性病管理方法）和观察组（50例，在对照组的基础上采取"互联网+"慢性病管理方法），对两组患者的临床治疗效果，如患者自我行为管理能力评分、生活质量评分、治疗依从性以及血糖控制情况进行对比和评估。结果 观察组患者的血糖水平指标低于对照组患者，而观察组患者的自我行为管理能力评分和生活质量评分以及治疗依从性均高于对照组患者，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 "互联网+"慢性病管理在2型糖尿病患者药物治疗中取得明显效果，可显著稳定患者的血糖控制情况，提高自我行为管理能力和治疗依从性，改善生活质量，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the role of "Internet plus" chronic disease management in the drug treatment of type 2 diabetes patients.
Methods:100 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our chronic disease management clinic from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into the control group (50 patients, using conventional chronic disease management methods) and the observation group (50 patients, using the "Internet plus" chronic disease management method on the basis of the control group). The clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients, such as patients' self behavior management ability score, quality of life score, treatment compliance and blood sugar control, were compared and evaluated.
Results: The blood glucose level indicators of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group patients, while the self-behavior management ability score, quality of life score, and treatment compliance score of the observation group patients were higher than those of the control group patients, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : "Internet plus" chronic disease management has achieved significant results in the drug treatment of type 2 diabetes patients, which can significantly stabilize the blood sugar control of patients, improve self behavior management ability and treatment compliance, and improve the quality of life, with high application value.
