Effect of standardized three-level rehabilitation nursing mode on prognosis of unilateralspatial neglect after stroke
规范化三级康复护理模式对脑卒中后单侧空间忽略预后的影响

摘要

目的 探究分析对脑卒中后单侧空间忽略（USN）实施规范化三级康复护理模式的效果及对预后的影响。方法 将在此次研究中纳入74例研究对象，均为脑卒中后引起USN的患者，在我院住院治疗。同时，将74例患者分配为对照组、观察组，每组37例，于观察组实施规范化三级康复护理模式，对照组实施一级、二级康复治疗，比较两组患者的日常生活能力、USN严重程度。结果 选择Barthel指数评估两组患者的日常生活能力，结果显示在干预3个月、6个月后，观察组Barthel指数明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；选用凯瑟琳-波哥量表（CBS）评估USN严重程度，据数据分析看，在干预3个月、6个月后，观察组CBS评分均较低（P＜0.05）。结论 对脑卒中后USN患者实施规范化三级康复护理模式有助于改善日常生活能力并可减轻USN严重程度。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of standardized three-level rehabilitation nursing mode on unilateral spatial neglect (USN) after stroke and its influence on prognosis.
Methods 74 subjects were included in this study, all of whom were patients with USN after stroke and were hospitalized in our hospital. At the same time, 74 patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 37 cases in each group. Standardized three-level rehabilitation nursing mode was implemented in the observation group, and primary and secondary rehabilitation treatment was implemented in the control group. The daily living ability and USN severity of patients in the two groups were compared.
Results Barthel index was selected to evaluate the daily living ability of patients in both groups. The results showed that after 3 months and 6 months of intervention, Barthel index in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). Katherine Pogo Scale (CBS) was used to evaluate the severity of USN. According to the data analysis, the CBS score of the observation group was lower after 3 and 6 months of intervention (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The standardized three-level rehabilitation nursing mode for USN patients after stroke can improve the ability of daily living and reduce the severity of USN.
