The impact of sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and comorbidity of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on dynamic blood pressure
睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征和慢阻肺共病对动态血压的影响

摘要

目的 分析睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征和慢阻肺共病对动态血压的影响。方法 选择2023年1月-2024年6月于我院就诊的睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征和慢阻肺共病患者45例，对本组实施针对慢阻肺的治疗，对比本组治疗前后动态血压水平，同时对比本组治疗前后的血气分析值。结果 治疗后的45例患者舒张压、收缩压、心率等动态血压水平显著优于治疗前，差异有统计学意义，P﹤0.05，而治疗后血氧分压、氧气饱和度、动脉二氧化碳分压血气分析值上优于治疗前，差异有统计学学意义，P﹤0.05。结论 睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征和慢阻肺共病中对慢阻肺治疗可改善动态血压以及机体缺氧状态，利于缓解睡眠呼吸暂停临床症状。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effects of sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and comorbidity of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on dynamic blood pressure. Method: Fifty patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and comorbidity with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who visited our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected to receive treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The dynamic blood pressure levels before and after treatment were compared, and the blood gas analysis values before and after treatment were also compared. Result: After treatment, the dynamic blood pressure levels such as diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, and heart rate of 50 patients were significantly better than before treatment, with statistical significance (P<0.05). However, the blood gas analysis values of blood oxygen partial pressure, oxygen saturation, and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure were better than before treatment, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and comorbidities can improve dynamic blood pressure and body hypoxia, which is beneficial for alleviating clinical symptoms of sleep apnea.
