甲亢护理中应用ABC情绪干预模式对患者预后的影响

摘要

目的 观察分析对甲亢患者实施ABC情绪干预模式的临床效果和应用价值。方法 采用回顾性研究方法，选择院内就诊的200例甲亢患者（样本纳入例数：200例；样本纳入时间：2023.1-2024.1月），以随机摸球为基础分组方式，分为对照、实验两个小组，观察例数高度一致。分别实施常规护理，ABC情绪干预模式。收集分析护理效果。结果 与对照组（常规护理）相比，实验组（ABC情绪干预模式）实验组护理后的负性情绪评分（SAS/SDS）更低，生活质量评分（角色功能/情绪功能/认知功能/社会功能/躯体功能）更高，比较存在统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论 ABC情绪干预模式可以有效改善甲亢患者负性情绪，提高生活质量，改善预后，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: Observation and analysis of the clinical effects and application value of implementing ABC emotional intervention model in patients with hyperthyroidism. Method: A retrospective study was conducted to select 200 hyperthyroidism patients who visited the hospital (sample number: 200; sample inclusion period: March 2021 to April 2021). The patients were randomly divided into control and experimental groups based on ball touching, with a highly consistent number of observed cases. Implement routine nursing and ABC emotional intervention models separately. Collect and analyze nursing outcomes. Result: Compared with the control group (conventional nursing), the experimental group (ABC emotional intervention mode) had lower negative emotion scores (SAS/SDS) and higher quality of life scores (role function/emotional function/cognitive function/social function/physical function) after nursing, with statistical differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The ABC emotional intervention model can effectively improve negative emotions, quality of life, and prognosis in patients with hyperthyroidism, and has high application value.
