分泌性中耳炎围术期听力护理方式及效果研究

摘要

目的 分析分泌性中耳炎围术期听力护理方式及效果。方法 从本院抽取80例资料完整的分泌性中耳炎患者作为主要分析对象，选取时间为2023年6月-2024年6月，将患者依据“双盲法”平均分为2组。一组应用常规护理方法，视为参照组（n=40）；另一组采用整体护理方法，视为研究组（n=40）；评估患者护理前后的情绪状态（SAS评分、SDS评分）、护理有效率，记录评估结果进行比较。结果 护理前两组患者的SAS评分及SDS评分比较，数据无较大差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后两组相关评分均改善，其中研究组改善情况明显优于参照组，数据差异显著有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在分泌性中耳炎围术期听力护理中采用整体护理方法，能够有效地改善患者的情绪状态，对护理效果的提高有着良好作用，值得借鉴。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the perioperative hearing nursing methods and effects of secretory otitis media.
Methods 80 patients with secretory otitis media with complete data were selected from our hospital as the main analysis object, and the selection time was from June 2023 to June 2024, and the patients were divided into 2 groups according to the "double blind method". One group was treated with conventional nursing methods and was considered as the reference group (n=40). The other group adopted the holistic nursing approach and was regarded as the study group (n=40). The emotional state (SAS score, SDS score) and nursing efficiency of patients before and after nursing were evaluated, and the evaluation results were recorded for comparison.
Results There was no significant difference in SAS score and SDS score between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05). After nursing, the relevant scores of the two groups were improved, and the improvement of the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Adopting holistic nursing method in perioperative hearing care of secretory otitis media can effectively improve the emotional state of patients, and has a good effect on the improvement of nursing effect, which is worth learning.
