Research on the cultivation system of nursing professionals with characteristic courses in vocational colleges based on the social development perspective
基于社会发展视角构建职业院校特色课程护理专业人才培养体系的研究

摘要

本文以社会发展为视角，探讨了在当今社会变迁和医疗卫生行业需求升级背景下，如何构建适应时代需求的职业院校护理专业特色课程体系，以培养具有专业技能、人文素养和社会责任感的高素质护理人才。文章通过对现有课程体系的反思与重构，提出了创新性的教学改革思路与实施方案，并对其预期效果和实际应用价值进行了初步预测和评估。

Abstract

From the perspective of social development, this paper discusses how to build a characteristic course system of nursing specialty in vocational colleges to meet the needs of The Times under the background of social changes and the upgrading of medical and health industry needs, so as to cultivate high-quality nursing talents with professional skills, humanistic literacy and social responsibility. Based on the reflection and reconstruction of the existing curriculum system, this paper puts forward an innovative teaching reform idea and implementation plan, and preliminarily predicts and evaluates its expected effect and practical application value.
