我国融合教育深化发展的路径探析

摘要

融合教育的高质量发展是教育强国背景下建设高质量教育体系的题中之义,也是保障残疾学生享受公平而有质量的教育的必要条件。自我国开始探索实施本土化融合教育以来,取得的系列成就推进了融合教育的发展,但融合教育纵深发展还需持续推进。本研究着眼于我国融合教育的高质量发展,构建了融合教育的深化发展路径,提出需从更新融合教育发展理念,增强融合教育包容度;提高融合教育政策立法层次,确保政策的指导效能;完善融合教育管理机制,构建多主体协作方式,保障资源合理分配和融合教育实践的有效开展;加强融合教育师资队伍建设,提升教师的专业能力和对融合教育理念的深刻理解,以促进融合教育质量的整体提升。

Abstract

The high-quality development of inclusive education is the title of building a high-quality education system in the context of a strong education country, and it is also a necessary condition for guaranteeing that students with disabilities enjoy fair and quality education. Since China began to explore the implementation of localised inclusive education, a series of achievements have been made to advance the development of inclusive education, but the vertical and deep development of inclusive education needs to be continuously promoted. This study focuses on the high-quality development of inclusive education in China, and constructs a path for the deepening development of inclusive education, proposing that it is necessary to start from updating the development concept of inclusive education and enhancing the inclusiveness of inclusive education; raising the level of the legislation of inclusive education policy to ensure the guiding efficacy of the policy; perfecting the management mechanism of inclusive education, and constructing a multi-body collaborative approach to ensure the reasonable distribution of resources and the effective implementation of the practice of inclusive education; and strengthening the development of teachers and enhancing the effectiveness of teachers. Teachers' team construction, enhance teachers' professional ability and deep understanding of the concept of inclusive education, in order to promote the overall improvement of the quality of inclusive education.
