摘要

本文以产教融合为理论基础,深入探讨了在该背景下构建并运用护理专业实践教学案例库的重要性和实施策略。首先,阐述了产教融合背景下护理专业实践教学的新需求,并指出案例库建设是满足这一需求的关键路径。其次,详细分析了护理专业实践教学案例库的构建原则、内容选择和组织方式,强调其应紧密结合临床实际与教育目标,体现真实情境性、互动参与性和动态更新性等特点。再次,针对案例库的应用研究,从教学模式改革、学生能力培养、师资队伍建设和教学质量评估等多个维度进行探讨,展示了案例库在提升护理专业实践教学质量、强化学生临床思维能力和促进教师专业化发展等方面的重要作用。最后,结合实例对产教融合背景下护理专业实践教学案例库的建设和应用进行了实践验证和效果评价。

Abstract

Based on the theory of the integration of production and education, this paper deeply discusses the importance and implementation strategy of constructing and applying the case base of nursing practice teaching in this background. First of all, this paper expounds the new demand of practice teaching of nursing specialty under the background of integration of production and education, and points out that the construction of case base is the key path to meet this demand. Secondly, it analyzes the construction principle, content selection and organization mode of nursing practice teaching case base in detail, emphasizing that it should be closely combined with clinical practice and educational goals, and reflect the characteristics of real situation, interactive participation and dynamic updating. Thirdly, aiming at the application research of case database, this paper discusses the important role of case database in improving the quality of practice teaching of nursing profession, strengthening the clinical thinking ability of students and promoting the professional development of teachers from multiple dimensions such as teaching mode reform, student ability training, teacher team construction and teaching quality assessment. Finally, the construction and application of nursing practice teaching case base under the background of integration of production and education are validated and evaluated.
