Analysis of the impact of rehabilitation nursing based on timing theory on the prognosis of patients with traumatic fractures
以时机理论为基础的康复护理对创伤性骨折患者预后的影响分析

摘要

目的 分析以时机理论为基础的康复护理对创伤性骨折患者预后的影响。方法 抽取本院在2021年2月-2022年2月期间收治的64例创伤性骨折患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组。其中参考组采取常规护理，后者行以时机理论为基础的康复护理，每组32例。评价两组护理效果。结果 实验组疼痛评分低于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组运动及步行能力评分高于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组住院时间短于参考组（P＜0.05）。ADL评分高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 创伤性骨折患者预后采取以时机理论为基础的康复护理干预效果显著，能够对患者的疼痛予以缓解，提升其运动及步行能力，缩短其住院时间，并提升其ADL评分。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of rehabilitation nursing based on timing theory on the prognosis of patients with traumatic fractures.
Methods A total of 64 patients with traumatic fractures admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The reference group received routine care, while the latter received rehabilitation care based on timing theory, with 32 cases in each group. Evaluate the nursing effects of two groups.
Results The pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The exercise and walking ability scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group (P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The ADL score was higher than the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Rehabilitation nursing interventions based on timing theory have a significant effect on the prognosis of patients with traumatic fractures. They can alleviate pain, improve their exercise and walking abilities, shorten their hospital stay, and improve their ADL score.
