Application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with humanistic care nursing in the management of insomnia patients with essential hypertension
中医特色护理联合人文关怀护理在原发性高血压病失眠患者管理中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨中医特色护理联合人文关怀护理在原发性高血压失眠患者管理中的应用价值。方法 取本院2023年1月-2023年12月期间80例原发性高血压失眠患者随机分组，对照组给予常规护理，研究组给予中医特色护理联合人文关怀护理，比较两组护理效果。结果 护理前，两组各评分对比P＞0.05；护理1周、2周后，研究组PSQI评分明显低于对照组，而SF-36评分则高于对照组，结果对比P＜0.05；研究组护理满意度高于对照组，结果对比P＜0.05。结论 中医特色护理联合人文关怀护理有助于改善原发性高血压失眠患者睡眠质量，对提高患者生活质量有积极意义，患者护理满意度更高。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of TCM characteristic nursing combined with humanistic care in the management of patients with essential hypertension and insomnia.
Methods From January 2023 to December 2023, 80 patients with essential hypertension and insomnia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with humanistic care.
Results Before nursing, the scores of the two groups were compared (P > 0.05). After 1 week and 2 weeks of nursing, PSQI score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, while SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group, and the results were compared with P < 0.05; The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with humanistic care can improve the sleep quality of patients with essential hypertension and insomnia, and has positive significance in improving the quality of life of patients, and the nursing satisfaction of patients is higher.
