目的 分析单节段腰椎爆裂性骨折实行后路椎体次全切联合钛笼钉棒内固定治疗的临床效果。方法 回顾2022年3月-2023年3月我院接收的30例单节段腰椎爆裂性骨折患者，均接受后路椎体次全切联合钛笼钉棒内固定治疗，对患者手术情况、相关性指标、神经功能进行分析。结果 30例患者顺利完成手术，术中出现1例（3.33%）术中出现硬膜损伤，术后接受为期3月的随访，随访过程出现2例（6.67%）创口感染；30例单节段腰椎爆裂性骨折患者术后1周及随访3月伤椎前缘高度、Cobb's 角恢复情况良好，且疼痛程度逐渐降低，而神经功能也逐渐恢复，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 单节段腰椎爆裂性骨折实行后路椎体次全切联合钛笼钉棒内固定治疗临床效果佳。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of posterior vertebral subtotal resection combined with titanium cage nail rod internal fixation for single level lumbar burst fracture. Methods 30 cases of single level lumbar burst fracture received in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were reviewed, all of which were treated with posterior vertebral subtotal resection combined with titanium cage nail rod internal fixation. The surgical status, correlation indexes and neurological function of the patients were analyzed. Results 30 patients successfully completed the operation, 1 case (3.33%) had dural injury during the operation, and 2 cases (6.67%) had wound infection during the follow-up for 3 months. The height of the anterior vertebra and Cobb's Angle of the injured vertebra recovered well 1 week after surgery and 3 months after follow-up, and the degree of pain gradually decreased, while the nerve function also gradually recovered, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Posterior subtotal vertebral resection combined with titanium cage nail rod internal fixation is effective in the treatment of single level lumbar burst fracture.
