Observation on the effectiveness of local skin flap surgery for facial skin tumors
面部皮肤肿瘤局部皮瓣手术治疗的效果观察

摘要

目的 分析面部皮肤肿瘤局部皮瓣手术治疗的效果观察。方法 选择我院于2023.1-2023.12收治的面部皮肤肿瘤患者100例，将其按随机分组方法分为对照组和观察组，对照组和观察组各50例，其中对照组采取常规治疗，观察组采取局部皮瓣手术治疗，对两组的临床治疗效果进行收集和分析。结果 两组在治疗后均取得一定效果，但观察组患者的术后满意度以及面部修复效果，面部色泽、功能和美观度评分均高于对照组。同时，观察组患者的心理状态评分较对照组更低，而生活质量评分则更高，两组间差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在对面部皮肤肿瘤患者实施局部皮瓣手术治疗可取得明显的效果，显著提高患者的术后满意度、生活质量以及面部修复效果，改善患者心理状态降低患者负面情绪。有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective Analysis of the effectiveness of local skin flap surgery for facial skin tumors.
Methods 100 patients with facial skin tumors admitted to our hospital from March 1 to December 3, 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, while the observation group received local skin flap surgery. The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were collected and analyzed.
Results Both groups achieved certain results after treatment, but the postoperative satisfaction and facial repair effect of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in terms of facial color, function, and aesthetics. Meanwhile, the psychological state score of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group, while the quality of life score was higher, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of local skin flap surgery in patients with facial skin tumors can achieve significant results, significantly improving their postoperative satisfaction, quality of life, and facial repair effects, improving their psychological state and reducing negative emotions. Has high application value.
