Analysis of the therapeutic effect of emergency pediatric convulsions treated with phenobarbitaland diazepam
急诊小儿惊厥行苯巴比妥加地西泮治疗的效果分析

摘要

目的 对于急诊接治的惊厥患儿进行苯巴比妥加地西泮联合治疗，分析其临床治疗效果。方法 对于2024年1月至2024年6月期间我院急诊接治的惊厥患儿进行随机抽样，完成70例的抽取后进行随机分组，其中一组患儿仅接受苯巴比妥治疗（对照组），另一组患者接受惊厥行苯巴比妥加地西泮联合治疗（试验组），对比两组患儿并发症发生率。结果 试验组患儿患者治疗干预后并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 对于急诊惊厥患儿而言，苯巴比妥加地西泮治疗能够有效缓解患儿惊厥症状，对于降低并发症有非常明显的作用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of the combination therapy of phenobarbital and diazepam for children with convulsions admitted to the emergency department.
Methods A random sampling was conducted on 70 children with convulsions admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2024 to June 2024. After completing the sampling, they were randomly divided into two groups. One group of children only received treatment with phenobarbital (control group), while the other group received treatment with a combination of phenobarbital and diazepam for convulsions (experimental group). The incidence of complications in the two groups of children was compared.
Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group patients after treatment intervention was significantly lower than that in the control group patients (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For emergency children with convulsions, the treatment of phenobarbital combined with diazepam can effectively alleviate the symptoms of convulsions and has a very significant effect on reducing complications.
