Analysis of the therapeutic effect of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of multiple plantar warts
中西医结合治疗多发性跖疣的疗效分析

摘要

目的 分析多发性跖疣采取中西医结合治疗体现的临床效果。方法 选择本院皮肤门诊确诊的100例多发性跖疣患者（时间2022年7月至2023年7月）。将其均分为2组，每组50例。对照组接受点阵激光治疗，观察组在此基础上联合玉屏风胶囊、金银花口服液治疗。评价两组临床效果、免疫功能、复发情况。结果 与对照组比较，观察组临床总有效率提高更明显，两组统计学有意义（P＜0.05）。与对照组治疗后比较，观察组CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋提高更明显，两组统计学有意义（P＜0.05）。与对照组比较，观察组复发率降低更明显，两组统计学有意义（P＜0.05）。结论 多发性跖疣采取中西医结合治疗能够进一步提高临床效果，有助于免疫功能改善，减少疾病复发。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrative Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of multiple plantar warts.
Methods 100 patients with multiple plantar verruca diagnosed in the dermatology clinic of our hospital were selected from July 2022 to July 2023. They were divided into 2 groups with 50 cases in each group. The control group received dot matrix laser treatment, and the observation group was treated with Yupingfeng capsule and honeysuckle oral liquid on this basis. The clinical effect, immune function and recurrence of the two groups were evaluated.
Results Compared with the control group, the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly improved, and the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ increased more significantly in the observation group after treatment, and the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly reduced, which was statistically significant between the two groups (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Combined treatment with traditional Chinese and western medicine for multiple plantar verruca can further improve clinical efficacy, improve immune function and reduce disease recurrence.
