Application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in patients with hand burn cicatricial contracture and plastic surgery
综合康复治疗在手部烧伤瘢痕挛缩整形术后患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 探讨综合康复治疗在手部烧伤瘢痕挛缩整形术后患者中的应用价值。方法 取2023年1月-2023年12月期间60例在本院行手部烧伤瘢痕挛缩整形术的患者随机分组，对照组为常规康复治疗，研究组为综合康复治疗，比较两组康复效果。结果 两组治疗前各指标对比P＞0.05；治疗后，研究组手指关节活动度、日常生活能力评分（洗脸、梳头、吃饭、穿衣）均优于对照组，结果对比P＜0.05。结论 在手部烧伤瘢痕挛缩整形术患者术后康复中应用综合康复治疗方案可取得显著效果，有助于促进患者手指关节功能恢复，对提高患者日常生活能力有积极意义。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application value of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in patients with hand burn cicatricial contracture after plastic surgery.
Methods From January 2023 to December 2023, 60 patients who underwent hand burn scar contracture surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment, and the study group received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment. The rehabilitation effect of the two groups was compared.
Results Before treatment, all indexes of the two groups were compared (P > 0.05). After treatment, the score of finger joint motion and daily living ability (washing face, combing hair, eating, dressing) in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the results were compared with P < 0.05.
Conclusion   The application of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with hand burn scar contracture and plastic surgery can achieve remarkable results, which is helpful to promote the recovery of finger joint function and has positive significance for improving the patients' ability to daily life.
