Application effect of TCM appropriate technique in analgesic managementafter laparoscopic general anesthesia
中医适宜技术在外科腹腔镜全麻术后镇痛管理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 研讨中医适宜技术在外科腹腔镜全麻术后镇痛管理中的应用效果。方法 将80例符合外科腹腔镜全麻术后患者分为两组，对照组采取常规治疗，观察组采取中医适宜技术方案，每组各40例病人。观察两组患者在全麻恢复期平均动脉压（MAP）和心率值（HR）、VAS评分、首次下床活动时间，首次排气时间、不良反应、IL-6、TNF-a、IL-10。结果 术前、手术结束、离室时各时点心率、MBP数值比较，观察组数值高于对照组；护理后，观察组VAS分值低于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。在首次下床活动时间、首次排气时间、不良反应发生率，炎性因子水平则是观察组更低，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 中医适宜技术在外科腹腔镜全麻术后镇痛管理中的应用效果显著，推广价值高。

Abstract

Objective To study the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) appropriate techniques in analgesic management after laparoscopic general anesthesia.
Methods 80 patients with laparoscopic general anesthesia were divided into two groups, the control group received conventional treatment, the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology, 40 patients in each group. The mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR), VAS score, first time of getting out of bed, first exhaust time, adverse reactions, IL-6, TNF-a and IL-10 were observed in the two groups during the recovery period of general anesthesia.
Results The heart rate and MBP values of the observation group were higher than those of the control group before operation, after operation and after leaving the room. After nursing, VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The first time to get out of bed, the first time to exhaust gas, the incidence of adverse reactions, and the level of inflammatory factors were lower in the observation group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of traditional Chinese medicine suitable technique in analgesic management after laparoscopic general anesthesia is effective and valuable.
