营养支持护理对胃癌患者生活质量的效果

摘要

目的 分析营养支持护理对胃癌患者生活质量的效果。方法 研究对象为我院于2021年2月~2024年2月收治的70例手术治疗的胃癌患者,通过随机抽取编号(1~70号)后以单双数分组方式将患者分为两组(各组n=35),其中对照组实施常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上实施营养支持护理。比较两组的营养学指标(白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、血红蛋白)、住院时间、生活质量。结果 两组的营养学指标水平以及生活质量差异在护理前的比较中未显示出统计学意义(P>0.05);其差异在护理后均显示出统计学意义(P<0.05),其中研究组的白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、血红蛋白水平以及生活质量相比于对照组均更高。研究组的住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对胃癌患者实施营养支持护理能有效改善患者的营养状态,缩短住院时间,并促进其生活质量提升。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of nutritional support nursing on quality of life in patients with gastric cancer.
Methods The study subjects were 70 patients with gastric cancer treated by surgery admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2024. The patients were randomly selected with numbers (1-70) and divided into two groups (n=35 in each group) in an even-even way. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group received nutritional support nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The nutritional indexes (albumin, prealbumin, transferrin, hemoglobin), length of hospital stay and quality of life of the two groups were compared.
Results There was no statistical significance in the level of nutrition index and quality of life between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05). The differences were statistically significant after care (P < 0.05), and the levels of albumin, prealbumin, transferrin, hemoglobin and quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group. The duration of hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of nutritional support nursing for gastric cancer patients can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients, shorten the length of hospitalization, and promote the improvement of their quality of life.
