Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in rehabilitation of stroke patients
综合护理干预在脑卒中患者康复中的应用研究

摘要

脑卒中，多因大脑血管突发破裂或阻塞致脑组织受损，对患者的健康和生活质量产生深远的影响，预后效果与患者生活质量密切相关。康复护理对脑卒中患者的恢复过程中显得尤为重要，并且护理模式的不同对脑卒中患者的恢复亦有着不同的影响。综合护理干预作为康复护理的重要模式，需要多学科合作，包括神经内/外科、康复科和精神心理科等。综合护理干预是以患者为中心，注重个体化、全面性和协调性，通过综合护理措施，借助多种量化指标来衡量其对患者生活质量的影响，有效地整合多学科团队资源，提高脑卒中患者的护理效果，促进患者的早期恢复和长期康复。综合护理干预在患者的神经功能改善、生活能力提升、不良心理调整方面效果显著。本文综述脑卒中患者的护理现状、综合护理干预的研究进展，以期为临床护理实践提供参考。

Abstract

Stroke, mostly caused by sudden rupture or blockage of cerebral blood vessels causing brain tissue damage, has a profound impact on the health and quality of life of patients, and the prognostic effect is closely related to the quality of life of patients. Rehabilitation nursing is particularly important in the recovery process of stroke patients, and the different nursing modes have different effects on the recovery of stroke patients. As an important model of rehabilitation nursing, comprehensive nursing intervention needs multi-disciplinary cooperation, including endo-neurosurgery, rehabilitation and psycho-psychological departments. Comprehensive nursing intervention is patient-centered, focusing on individualization, comprehensiveness and coordination. Through comprehensive nursing measures, multiple quantitative indicators are used to measure its impact on patients' quality of life, effectively integrate multidisciplinary team resources, improve the nursing effect of stroke patients, and promote patients' early recovery and long-term rehabilitation. Comprehensive nursing intervention has significant effects on the improvement of patients' neurological function, life ability and adverse psychological adjustment. This article reviews the nursing status of stroke patients and the research progress of comprehensive nursing intervention, in order to provide reference for clinical nursing practice.
