心理护理和健康教育在高血压社区健康管理中的研究

摘要

目的 分析心理护理联合健康教育在高血压社区健康管理中的应用价值。方法 以2023年1月-2023年12月为研究时段,筛选此时间段内某社区医院86例高血压患者作为试验对象,以电脑随机抽签法为分组方式,组别设置为对照组(n=43,常规护理)与研究组(n=43,心理护理+健康教育),从护理前后情绪状态评分、自我管理能力评分两个方面综合评价两组患者干预效果。结果 护理前,比较两组患者各评分并无显著性差异(P>0.05);护理后,比较两组患者STAI评分,经 t 验证,组间差异显著(P<0.05),研究组均低于对照组;比较两组患者用药管理、生活管理、运动管理、情绪状态管理评分,经 t 验证,组间差异显著(P<0.05),研究组均高于对照组。结论 社区是加强高血压健康管理的重要场所,在其健康管理过程中将心理护理与健康教育联合应用,可有效改善患者心理状态,并提升患者自我管理能力,对高血压患者病情的长期控制有积极意义。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of psychological nursing combined with health education in hypertension community health management.
Methods From January 2023 to December 2023 as the research period, 86 hypertensive patients from a community hospital were selected as the experimental subjects. Computer random drawing method was used as the grouping method, and the groups were set as the control group (n=43, routine nursing) and the research group (n=43, psychological nursing+health education). The intervention effect of the two groups of patients was comprehensively evaluated from two aspects: emotional state score before and after nursing, self-management ability score.
Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in scores between the two groups of patients (P>0.05); After nursing, the STAI scores of the two groups of patients were compared. After t-validation, there was a significant difference between the groups (P<0.05), and the study group was lower than the control group; Comparing the scores of medication management, life management, exercise management, and emotional state management between two groups of patients, t-validation showed significant differences between the groups (P<0.05), and the study group was higher than the control group.
Conclusion   Communities are important places to strengthen the health management of hypertension. The combined application of psychological care and health education in their health management process can effectively improve the psychological status of patients and enhance their self-management ability, which has a positive significance for long-term control of the condition of hypertension patients.
