Clinical nursing study of metocobalamin acupoint injection combined with treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy
甲钴胺穴位注射联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床护理研究

摘要

目的 分析糖尿病周围神经病变甲钴胺穴位注射联合治疗的有效护理措施与价值。方法 随机均分2022年2月-2024年1月本科接诊糖尿病周围神经病变病人（n=62）。试验组甲钴胺穴位注射治疗期间采取综合护理，对照组行常规护理。对比依从性等指标。结果 关于依从性：试验组达到96.77%，但对照组却仅有80.65%，比较发现：试验组数据更高（P＜0.05）。总有效率：试验组达到96.77%，但对照组却仅有77.42%，比较发现：试验组数据更高（P＜0.05）。满意度：试验组达到100.0%，但对照组却仅有80.65%，比较发现：试验组数据更高（P＜0.05）。结论 糖尿病周围神经病变肩负穴位注射治疗用综合护理，病人的依从性更高，护理效果更好，满意度改善也更加明显。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effective nursing measures and value of mecobalamine acupoint injection combined treatment for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
Methods Patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly assigned from February 2022 to January 2024 (n=62). The experimental group took comprehensive nursing during the point injection treatment of mecobalamine, and the control group took routine nursing. Compliance and other indicators were compared.
Results The compliance was 96.77% in the experimental group, but only 80.65% in the control group. It was found that the data in the experimental group was higher (P < 0.05). The total effective rate was 96.77% in the experimental group, but only 77.42% in the control group, which was higher in the experimental group (P < 0.05). Satisfaction: The experimental group reached 100.0%, but the control group was only 80.65%, and the experimental group was higher (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy have higher compliance, better nursing effect and more obvious improvement in satisfaction.
