Observation on the effect of Shengpu Huang Decoction on fundus hemorrhage
血栓通联合生蒲黄汤治疗眼底出血的效果观察

摘要

目的 分析血栓通联合生蒲黄汤治疗眼底出血的效果。方法 将我院于2023年4月-2024年4月收治的64例眼底出血患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各32例。对照组应用血栓通治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加以生蒲黄汤治疗，对比两组中医证候积分、临床指标、血液流变学指标。结果 观察组中医证候积分、血液流变学指标显著低于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。观察组出血吸收时间、渗出吸收时间、水肿吸收时间显著低于对照组，最佳矫正视力显著高于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。结论 血栓通联合生蒲黄汤治疗眼底出血效果显著，可有效改善患者相应症状，提升其视力，改善血液流变学特征。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of Xueshuantonglian Shengpu Huang Decoction on fundus hemorrhage.
Methods 64 patients with fundus hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from April 2023.04 to April 2024.04 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Xueshuantong, and the observation group was treated with Shengpu Huang Decoction on the basis of the control group. The TCM syndrome scores, clinical indexes and hemorheology indexes of the two groups were compared.
Results TCM syndrome scores and hemorheology indexes in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, and the comparison between groups was significant (P < 0.05). The bleeding absorption time, exudation absorption time and edema absorption time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the best corrected visual acuity was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the comparison between groups was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Xueshuantonglian Shengpu Huang Decoction has significant effect in treating fundus hemorrhage, which can effectively improve the corresponding symptoms of patients, improve their visual acuity and improve the characteristics of hemorheology.
