5E教学模式联合思维导图在临床教学中的应用

摘要

目的 在临床教学中应用5E教学模式联合思维导图,探讨教学效果及实习生临床思维能力培养。方法 选取2023年1月至12月在我院实习的40名本科护理实习生为研究对象,采取随机表样法将20名作为对照组,20名作为实验组,对照组进行常规教学,实验组在对照组的基础上应用5E教学模式联合思维导图开展临床教学,分析教学效果。结果 实验组对教学满意度、教学设计、教学内容、教学方法各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组实习同学的综合考试成绩、批判性思维能力、自主学习能力、沟通能力各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在临床教学中应用5E教学模式联合思维导图可获得较好教学效果。

Abstract

Objective To explore the teaching effect and training of interns' clinical thinking ability by applying 5E teaching mode and mind mapping in clinical teaching.
Methods 40 undergraduate nursing interns who practiced in our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects, and 20 were selected as the control group and 20 as the experimental group by random table sampling method. The control group received routine teaching, and the experimental group carried out clinical teaching based on the control group with 5E teaching mode combined with mind mapping, and analyzed the teaching effect.
Results The scores of teaching satisfaction, teaching design, teaching content and teaching methods in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of the test group, critical thinking ability, independent learning ability and communication ability were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of 5E teaching mode combined with mind mapping in clinical teaching can obtain better teaching effect.
