Study on the treatment of anorectal postoperative pain with Chinese herbal fumigation and sit-bath
中药熏洗坐浴治疗肛肠术后疼痛的研究

摘要

目的 以提高肛肠术后疼痛治疗效果为研究目标，在临床中实施中药熏洗坐浴治疗，明确其对肛肠术后疼痛患者的影响。方法 以2023年1月-12月时间段中于院内肛肠术后疼痛患者为分析对象，共计95例，对各个患者进行编号后采取随机抽取法设置成对照组（49例）、观察组（46例），分别以常规手段、中药熏洗坐浴手段实施两组治疗干预，对干预情况进行分析。结果 疼痛程度与并发症方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更低（P<0.05）。临床指标方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更低（P<0.05）。炎症因子方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更低（P<0.05）。生活质量方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更高（P<0.05）。结论 在临床中实施中药熏洗坐浴治疗，有利于减轻患者疼痛感、控制并发症，改善临床指标与生活质量，减轻炎症反应。

Abstract

Objective To improve the effect of postoperative anorectal pain treatment as the research goal, the clinical implementation of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and sit-bath treatment, to clarify its impact on postoperative anorectal pain patients.
Methods A total of 95 patients with anorectal postoperative pain were selected as the analysis objects during 2023.01-12, and each patient was numbered and randomly selected to be divided into control group (49 cases) and observation group (46 cases). The two groups were treated with conventional means and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and sit-bath, respectively, and the intervention situation was analyzed.
Results Compared with the two groups, the pain degree and complications were lower in the observation group (P<0.05). In terms of clinical indicators, the values of the observation group were lower than those of the two groups (P<0.05). In terms of inflammatory factors, the values in the observation group were lower than those in the two groups (P<0.05). In terms of quality of life, the values in the observation group were higher than those in the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and sit-bath treatment is beneficial to alleviate pain, control complications, improve clinical indicators and quality of life, and alleviate inflammation.
