The effect of high-quality nursing in perioperative care of lung cancer
优质护理在肺癌围手术期护理中的效果

摘要

目的 分析优质护理在肺癌围手术期护理中的效果。方法 选取本院2021.05～2023.05期间在接受治疗的150例肺癌围手术期患者，随机将其分为对照组（实施常规护理）和观察组（实施优质护理）。对比两组患者护理效果。结果 观察组患者的各项指标（症状缓解、心理健康、并发症）优于对照组，两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）与对照组比较，观察组满意度（服务态度、服务技术、服务效率、服务质量、时间管理）更高（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理在肺癌围手术期护理中的效果显著，症状能够得到缓解，改善患者心理健康状态，提高患者护理满意度，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing in perioperative care of lung cancer. Method: 150 perioperative lung cancer patients who received treatment in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (receiving routine care) and an observation group (receiving high-quality care). Compare the nursing effects of two groups of patients. The results showed that the observation group had better indicators (symptom relief, mental health, complications) than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher satisfaction (service attitude, service technology, service efficiency, service quality, time management) (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : High quality nursing has a significant effect on perioperative care for lung cancer, which can alleviate symptoms, improve the psychological health status of patients, and increase patient satisfaction with nursing. It is worth promoting.
