Study on the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the improvement of quality of life in patientswith chronic pelvic inflammatory disease
综合护理干预对慢性盆腔炎患者生活质量改善的影响研究

摘要

目的 分析综合护理干预对慢性盆腔炎患者生活质量的改善影响效果。方法 将2022年7月至2023年9月间40例慢性盆腔炎患者，按照随机数字表法分为实验组（综合护理干预）与对比组（常规护理）各20例，比较两组并发症发生率、生活质量评分、心理状态评分、护理满意度评分。结果 实验组并发症发生率低于对比组，生活质量评分高于对比组，心理状态评分低于对比组，护理满意度评分高于对比组，呈P<0.05。结论 综合护理干预可降低并发症发生率，能够提高患者的生活质量水平，可稳定患者情绪状态降低不良情绪对患者的影响，能够最终的护理质量及患者护理满意度，能够促进患者健康的有效恢复，可予以广泛推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on improving the quality of life of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
Methods 40 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease from July 2021 to September 2022 were divided into the experimental group (comprehensive nursing intervention) and the comparison group (routine nursing) with 20 cases each according to random number table method, and the complication rate, quality of life score, psychological status score and nursing satisfaction score of the two groups were compared.
Results The complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the comparison group, the score of quality of life, the score of psychological state and the score of nursing satisfaction were higher than that of the comparison group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life of patients, stabilize the emotional state of patients and reduce the impact of adverse emotions on patients, improve the final quality of nursing and patient satisfaction, promote effective recovery of patient health, and can be widely applied.
